These terms govern the use of Wedigo, a wedding planning application used to manage guests, budgets, schedules, seating plans, accommodations, messages and wedding websites.

By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale when a payment is made, and the Privacy Policy.

The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep login details confidential and notify Wedigo of any unauthorised access.

Wedigo may suspend or close an account in the event of fraudulent, abusive, illegal or non-compliant use.

Wedigo must be used for personal or professional wedding organisation, in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Users must not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, upload illegal content or misuse the application.

Wedigo makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates or technical incidents may cause temporary unavailability.

Wedigo is an organisation tool. The user remains responsible for decisions, content, budgets, bookings, guests and suppliers.

Wedigo cannot be held liable for indirect losses, input errors, decisions made by the user or reasonable service interruptions.
