Wedigo is operated by KORTIAZO SL, a company registered in Andorra, tax identification number L-720255-F, with its registered office at Av. Doctor Mitjavila 12/14, Ed. Bronze 1-B, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra.
Refund policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days from the purchase date.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
For any request related to payments, invoices, subscriptions, or refunds, customers can use the management link provided by Paddle in the payment confirmation email.
Cancellation
A premium order can be abandoned as long as payment has not been confirmed.
For payment issues, the user may contact support at the address below.
Subscriptions
When a Wedigo Pro subscription is purchased through Paddle, the user may manage it from the Paddle link provided in the payment confirmation email.
Subscription-related requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Delivery
Wedigo does not deliver any physical product. No carrier is involved.
Transport company: not applicable, because the service is fully digital.
The service is accessible online immediately after account creation or premium payment confirmation.
Physical delivery timelines: not applicable. Delivery costs: not applicable, €0.
Product returns: not applicable, because no physical product is shipped.
